Cook on the June NCTS race at TMS . . .
“We definitely had a top-five truck.  Skinner, Hornaday (Jr.) and Benson were really the only drivers that could keep pace with us.  We were going for our third top-five finish in a row but had to settle for seventh.  We’re coming back to Texas for redemption and possibly a win.”

Crew Chief, Rick Gay on Debuting a New Truck With Three Races To Go . . .
“Just like every race truck we build here at ppc Racing, we make sure it’s done right.  We don’t treat any of our new trucks any different than the ones we’ve raced with four or five times this year.  We try to find and eliminate any issues before leaving the race shop so we’re competitive in the race.”
