Cook on the June NCTS race at TMS . . .
We definitely had a top-five truck. Skinner, Hornaday (Jr.) and Benson were really the only drivers that could keep pace with us. We were going for our third top-five finish in a row but had to settle for seventh. Were coming back to Texas for redemption and possibly a win.
Crew Chief, Rick Gay on Debuting a New Truck With Three Races To Go . . .
Just like every race truck we build here at ppc Racing, we make sure its done right. We dont treat any of our new trucks any different than the ones weve raced with four or five times this year. We try to find and eliminate any issues before leaving the race shop so were competitive in the race.
