About the Race . . .
Dennis Setzer and Jack Sprague had the field covered in Friday night’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (NCTS) race at The Milwaukee Mile.  Only one caution flag slowed the field, making the best-handling trucks to stay up front. Setzer’s second-consecutive win in the series puts him in the NCTS driver points standings over Bobby
Hamilton by 35.

Tracking the Power Stroke Diesel by International race team . . .
Consistency kept the Power Stroke Diesel by International race team in the hunt for another top-10 finish. After making a green-flag pit stop on lap 75, the team found themselves, at the time, outside the top 20 without the benefit of a caution flag. With encouragement from spotter, Dan Cagle and consistent lap times under the green flag, driver Terry Cook moved into the top 10 with 15 laps to go and held the position to the checkered flag.

“Finishing 10th was not easy,” said Cook, who was relieved to see a cold bottle of water. “It was hot inside the Power Stroke Diesel by International Ford. All the drivers used their heads tonight; it was a clean race. We were a little off with the handling but as the crew guys said, ‘On an off night, if we can turn that night into a top-10 finish, then this definitely is a championship-caliber team.’ We worked from our 19th position and fought all night to pass a bunch of guys on the track. It turned out to be a good night of racing for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.”

The Power Stroke Diesel by International race team continues its string of top-10 finishes with its sixth of the year. The team heads to Kansas and Kentucky Speedways the next two weeks, both Ford tracks on the circuit.  Cook finished 10th last year at Kansas Speedway and was running solidly in fourth the week thereafter at Kentucky Speedway before a crash ended the team’s night with 16 laps to go, thus finishing 30th.
