2004 Race Summary . . .
Outstanding would best describe Cooks effort in the inaugural NCTS race at MMS. After starting deep in the field (34th), Cook went to the front by the races mid-point, leading 34 consecutive laps. Cook would finish third in the race, his best finish and second top five in 2004.
ppc Racing Never Stops Working . . .
With one week off between races, Terry Cook and the rest of the Power Stroke Diesel by International race team continue to build fast trucks for up-coming races this season. A two-day test at Chicagoland Speedway and a skid pad visit in Virginia have the team working more than just nine to five. The test session encompassed various setups for nine of the remaining 21 races on the schedule 1.5 miles in length and greater.

Countdown to 200 . . .
Cook will make his 196th-career NCTS start this weekend at Mansfield Motorsports Speedway. True, a win in his 200th start would be memorable and historical but why wait until then? Cook has yet another shot at winning this weekend and if last year is any indication for this year, Cook better practice his donuts at the start/finish line
