TERRY COOK POST RACE QUOTES -

"With about 15 laps to go in the 150-Lap Federated Auto Parts 200 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event at Nashville Superspeedway, I radioed crew chief Rick Ren and communicated to him that I thought the right front tire was going down," said Cook. "We decided to ride it out as long as we could, but the situation worsened and we were worried that we were going to stick the No. 29 Power Stroke® Diesel/Oil Mate Ford in the fence. We were forced to pit under green around Lap 141 for right side tires which derailed our efforts for a Top-10 finish. When the Power Stroke® Diesel/Oil Mate team examined the tire with Goodyear, they noticed there was a separation in the tire in a strange spot where it shouldn't be which caused the tire to go down."

"We struggled this weekend at Nashville and experienced more bad luck," said Cook. "During the 199.95-mile race, we went from being really tight to being neutral to being free at the 1.33-mile banked concrete superspeedway. We don't know what's going wrong, but if we knew, we would fix it immediately. We're going to turn it around and eventually we'll get back when we can race in the Top-5, but right now we're just struggling. We thought that we had another Top-10 coming to us today, but misfortune struck."
